Brief Description:  Fuel Gauge ramp - Side cover #2

I also pulled out the side panel cover and drilled the fuel selector face plate for the three attach screws...with those locked down, I lined up the rear attach holes, measured and drilled them for the ramp. Of course all this take way more time to measure, measure, compare, fit and finally drill - than it does to write it in this log. With those holes drilled, I was able to set the fuel gauges in the ramp again and mark the side panel cover for the cut outs that will allow the gauges to fit in the ramp and the ramp to fit on the side panel. I drilled a hole for each gauge and then used the nibbler to grow the hole - then compare what needed to be widened and then grow the hole - repeat until the gauges fit.

I logged 425 hours this calendar year - a year ago I was working on the ailerons - and hadn't even ordered the fuse. I hope to drive some skin rivets in the next session! Happy New Year!!
