33-2 All steps this page completed as part of QB kit. 33-3 Step 1: Trimmed and deburred F 10100B and F 10100A shims Step 2: Final drilled #40 and dimpled the F10100B shim and f 1026 Door seal channelthat are common to the F 1070L and F1073 L side skins. Step3: Clecoed the Door seal channel and shim to F 1070 and 1073 skins. Clecoed the two end tabs on F1026 Door Channel Seal and F1006A Bulkhead and F1022A-L Baggage floor. Step 4: Match drilled iboard hole and final drilled outboard hole in lower tab of F 1026 Seal Channel and F 1022A L Baggage Floor Final driled the two holes in top tab of lower door seal channel and F 1006A Bulkhead. Step 5:Trimmed F 1031 Upper baggage door seal. Completed steps 6-10 per directions for the upper baggage door seal channel and close out panel on 33-3. 33-4 Step 2 Removed all parts clecoed in this section. All other steps done per QB kit. 33-5 Completed steps 5,6,7 and 9 this page. Dimpling and countersinking the various parts called out in the instructions. All other steps this page done per QB kit. 33-6 Step 1: Riveted nutplates to the F 1031 Upper Baggage Door Seal. Quit here until wiring installed.
