Step 1. Made the wing box stiffener (Long) from J- Channel. Drew center line on flange. Drew center line on protruding portion of wing box stiffener (Short)
Step 2. Put Wing Box Stiffner (Long) in cutouts of wing ribs.
Step 3. (QB) Left and Right. Lined up Stiffner with outboard rib Web and ensured it was at the proper position. Then clamped both stiffeners together.
