Brief Description: Wing Tip Lighting Left Side

OP36-2 Step 1: Trimmed the VA-194B Retainer Plate to match the Va-194C Cup. Deburred edges. Step 2: Made 4 compression springs from the two 2.9' spring stock. Step 3: Made 6 mount tubes from AT6-058x5/16 tube. See dimensions Figure 3. Step 4: Used template on OP36-5 to mark hatched areas and position of screw holes for position and strobe light. Step 5: Used position light base LN A650-PR-14 to match drill #27 the holes in Wing tip, Chordwise. Step 6: Centered the W-1032 Landing Light Base then match drilled the 3 screw holes in the base to #27. Step 7: Match drilled the nutplate rivet holes in both faces of the wing tip. Step 8: CS the rivet holes Step 9: Removed the hatched out areas of both faces of the win tip.
