Brief Description: Prep and install nutplates

Started 6/4, and 6/8 also included on this report. 24-3 Step 2: Removed wing Tips. Step 3: Final drilled wing skin holes #28, then deburred and dimpled for #6 screws. Step 4: Final drilled #28 the screw holes in Tip and #40 match drilled rivet nutplate attach holes. Riveted the nutplates to the Wing tips.
