Brief Description: Trim Wing Tips

24-2 Step 1: Trimmed both wing tips per figures 1,2 &3. Kept trimming until I was happy with fit. Step 2: trimmed and squared the recess for the Wing Tip lens. Step 3: Cut the Wing Tip Lens in half and marked them L & R. Step 4: Slowly trimmed lens until achieving a good fit. Step 5: drilled #40 the thru lens and Wing Tip per dimensions in figure 5. Then final drilled both pieces #28. Step 6: drilled nutplate pattern as shown in figure 5. Cs the lens for #6 and the wingtip for AN426AD3 rivet. Riveted nutplates on. Step 7: Installed Lens. Both L & R Sides.
