Brief Description: TT to BC Installation, BC to Ail. pushrod Install.
23-8 Step 1 thru 4: Repeated steps for Right side as were completed for Left on 5/26/08
23-9 Step 1: Inserted BC to Ail pushrod in thru hole in W 1007 Rear Spar assembly. Attached BC to Ail. Pushrod to the W421 Ail. Bellcrank. Step 2: Attached aileron ass. to aileron hinge brackets.
Step 3: Attached BC to Ail. pushrod to inboard hinge bracket.
Step 4: Temporarily attached flaps to flap hinges. Rotated flap up until it fit snugly against the rear spar doubler then secured in this position.
Step5: Aligned the aileron trailing edge to the trailing edge of flap to establish neutral position of aileron. Clamped into this position. Used W-730 jig to verify and adjust for neutral position. Had to file a bit to get proper clearance against hole in rear spar.

Step 6: Checked all bolts for torque and that all parts moved freely.
