Step 4. Clecoed Outboard bottom Wing Skin to spars ribs, stiffeners and inboard wing skin
Step 5. Aligned line drawn ion wing box Stiffener Long and centered on holes in wing skin. Match drilled #40 all wing box stiffener holes.
Step 6. Final drilled all holes common to bottom wing skins, spars, and ribs of wing. Final drilled #19 the screw holes for nutplates on inboard edge of bottom inboard wing skin. Match drilled the nuplate attach holes #40 for same nutplates.
