Step 1. Removed Left Fuel tank Step 2. Clecoed the VA-195C Access hatch Doubler to the W1001-L Leading Edge Skin. Step 3. Match drilled the four corner radius pilot holes, and the sixteen attach holes to through the doubler and skin. Also drilled #40 the nut plate attach holes. Step 4. Used Unibit to enlarge the 4 Corner holes to 1/2" Dia. Used die grinder to cut out quadrants to make access hole.
Step 5. Removed reference tabs from doubler.
Step 6. Deburred both the doubler and the Access door. Dimpled screw holes in access hatch for #6 screw. Dimpled screw holes in doubler to match access hatch dimples. Dimpled remaining holes in both parts as well as the w-1001-L Skin.
Step 7. Riveted nutplates to Access Hatch doubler. Riveted Access Hatch Doubler to the Leading Edge Skin.
Step 8. Installed VA 195D Access Hatch with AN507-6R6 Screws.
Step 9. Final Drilled aft tooling hole in W-1008 R Splice Rib and installed SB375-3 Bushing.
Step 10. Final drilled the holes for the two nutplates near nose of W-1008-R Splice Rib.
