Put Tip Fairings into place and had Evan hold into position while I drilled #40 starting front to back and clecoed as I went. Using holes in Top, Bottom and Counterbalance Skins as guides. Then Final drilled #30.
Removed and deburred the Tip Fairings and elevator skins.
Dimpled Elevator skins for Tip Fairing attachment with CS4-4 Blind Rivets.
Countersunk Tip Fairings using my deburring tool so as not to damage fairings. This really worked great.
Clecoed fairings into place and then blind riveted into place. Worked from front top and bottom to back top and bottom.
