Used an exacto knife to remove any lums and bumps in the molded recesses of the tip fairings.
Trimmed the aft end of the farings so that the flange doesn't interfere with the trailing edge of elevator and fairing is able to fit nicely into the end of elevator. Had to trim width of flange on fairing for proper fit. Used band saw and belt sander to get matewrial removed.
