Brief Description: Trim System Re Installation

Put assembly back together. After looking at Mike Howe's extensive RV 10 website I found out it is supposed to be that way as the RV10 is Nose Heavy therefore they limit the nose down travel (Tab Up) of one of the trim tabs.
