Brief Description: Trim Bellcrank Assembly

Made two F-1095C Trim Bellcrank Brackets from supplies stock. Dimensions as in Figure 1 Made two F-1095G Trim Cable Anchor Brackets from supplies material as per Figure 2. Fit the F-1095F Trim Servo Spacer to the bottom of F 1095A Trim Mount Bracket. Had to radius the edges and corners to make it nest in properly. Clecoed Trim Servo Spacer to Trim Mount Bracket into four corner holes. Clecoed the Trim Bellcrank Brackets and Trim Cable Bracketd to trim mount bracket. Match drilled both sets of brackets #30. Clecoed Trim Servo Spacer to the Trim Mount Bracket and clecoed the trim cable anchors to both pieces. Final drilled the four corner holes in spacer. Removed spacer and machine CS the eight #30 holes. Lower side gets CS. #40 drilled the holes for nutplates in trim mount bracket. Machine CS the nut plate holes in trim mount (Upper Surface) #30 drilled the close out holes in flanges of trim mount bracket. Deburred all holes and edges of all parts. Step 8 later after priming parts.!!! Page 11-9: #30 drilled holes in F-1095D TRim Servo Links and Spacer. Deburred all holes and parts. Assembled servo links as shown in Figure1. Drilled #30,#12 and 1/4" the appropriate holes in F-1095BTrim Bellcrank then deburred holes. Installed Trim Bellcrank as in Figure 2 . Had to file washers to get smooth fit and free movement. Drilled Trim Servo Holes #28 Filed actuator lug on Servo to fit Trim Servo Lik Assembly freely. Attached Trim Servo Link Ass. with hardware as per Figure 3.
