Brief Description: Vertical Stabilizer Attach

Final Drilled the top two 3/16 holes in the rear spar doubler to #12. Bolted the Vertical Stabilizer to the F 1012 Aft Fuselage Bulkhead Assembly. w/ AN3 bolts called for in Figure 6. Final drilled the four remaining 3/16 holes #12, then machine countersunk the bottom two. Istalled hardware called for in Figure 6. Match drilled #30 then final drilled #12 as called for in Figure 5. Removed and deburred all holes then assembled VS with hardware mentioned above. All bolts torqued to 30 in/lbs.
