Removed both Top Skins and attached Stiffeners Positioned the Shoulder Harness Anchors on the Longerons and clamped into place. Match drilled the anchors to the Longerons Drilled Static Source hole on both L & R Side Skins Final Drilled the attachment holes of the 824B Cover Plates and Corresponding Skins Final drilled Nut Plate rivet holes in Side Skins f Drew trim line on 1073-R Skin to mark area to be trimmed later
