Brief Description: Rudder Dimpling

Removed clecoes and put slight bend in trailing edge of both Skins. Disassembled rest of Rudder and deburred any holes and edges not done so previously. Dimpled all necessary holes in both skins and also in the Rib Flanges, Stiffeners, and Spar.
