Clecoed Counter Balance Rib to Spar and Final drilled necessary holes. Clecoed together R1003A&B to make Top Rib. Final drilled the holes. Deburred edges of Skins and clecoed to Rudder Skeleton. Clecoed Trailing Edge to Skin. Marked and finished Trailing Edge to match Skin length. Final drilled holes common to Skins and Rudder Skeleton. Made Special tool for final drilling holes in Trailing Edge.
