Success! Bobby and I started with the wires all loosened to finger tight and made adjustments from there instead of doing the preload 1st. All the bays came in after two iterations. I kept a running tally of adjustments next to each nut to avoid over tightening anything accidently. The furthest outboard bay's wire didn't require much adjust and will need to be tightened equally a little more.
