Leveled the sawhorses with the laser. Marked vertical center lines on all the drag blocks both wings. Marked wire locations 1/8" above/below that centerline per bay. Using the air drill, 12" 3/16" bit and the drill jig we drilled all the holes for both wings. I then followed this up with a 13/64" bit per the instructions. The 3/16" bit wandered more on the right wing, which was the 2nd wing drilled. I think it was due to the bit being more dull by that point. Every wire intersection on that wing had interference inside the front and rear spar. Per Kevin/Curtis Pitt's legacy guidance I made a sacrificial rod out of smooth 3/16" rod and pushed the 13/64" bit against it repeatedly until it would go over or under the rod in the spar. Quite un-nerving to do but it worked like they said it would and all wires now pass through with minimal contact.
