Attempted to weld the final fairlead and had a blow out on the tube in the process. Asked for advice on the forum and ended up talking with Bill Rose on the best way to move forward without making things worse. Ended up cutting off the fairlead and cleaing up the area around the hole. Also drilled a 1/16" vent hole near the end of the tube to help prevent another pressure blowout during the repair and welding of the fairlead after filling the blowout.
Stripped primer from the areas at station 135 upper inner longerons for installation of rear seat shoulder harness attachment points.
