Stripped the cadmium off of all 12 rod ends with 31% muriatic acid. Neutralized them with baking soda and water mixture. Welded 10 ends onto the push-pull tubes. Torch hand was getting tired. Almost out of Argon as well. I stuck the tungsten 3 times so far. Need to purchase a carbide burr to grind out the contaminated spots. The circumferential welds were tougher than I was expecting. I did 90% of the welding left handed today. I get better results that way as my right hand tends to shake more for some reason. Strange.
