Set up a jig composed of 2 rod end bearing assemblies installed to standard rigging dimensions. Fitted the tube to one end and marked off the other end for the cut line. Measured and marked all the aileron control tubes using this method. Inboard tube=34 13/16". Middle=42". Outboard=20 5/8". Will cut to length, fishmouth and weld the threaded rod ends next.
