Sanded back the epoxy resin flo coat, this stuff is great, filled in 99% pin holes and sands backs easy, only took approx 30-40 minutes to sand flat, gave it a final coat of 2 pak primer, has turned out very very nice. I coated the front nose of the wheel in the flo coat epoxy, sanded back and as per the photo's you can see the difference from the primed/finised rear of the pant to the sanded back epoxy flo coat. Just need to coat the nose cone with the 2 pak primer, rub back and paint. A long tedious process but I figure the wheel pants take a bit of a hammering so why not take a bit longer.
