Match drilled the two spar reinforcing plates to the spar, countersunk the galv pipe and scotchbrited all the parts. Do the usual corrosion proofing of all the parts and prime, once dry it was assembly time. First was to follow Van's instructions and rivet the nose ribs to the pipe. I back riveted the stiffeners in place on the skins, bent the skins to correct shape using the hinged board. So now for the final control surface it was assembly time, I love this part of the building as I guess most builder's would. All finished.
