Match drilled the left flap piano hinge to the wing. I fitted the aileron and making sure the trailing edges were even I drilled the holes into the hinge, deburred and dimpled ready to permanently fit. I finished smoothing all the edges on the stiffeners for the right aileron, match drilled them to the skin, deburred and dimpled.
