Machine countersunk the right spar for all tank platenuts and access covers in the same method Dan Checkaway used. A scrap bit of angle with small pilot hole drilled the same diameter as the countersink bit, was placed under each hole and then the spar was countersunk. Quite a time consuming method but they all turned out very nice. I then riveted all the platenuts on the right spar.
