I decided to take off the left tank from the wing as well and prime the tank the same as the right one. So remove, scotchbrite inside and edges, give it a coat of grey primer. I then scotchbrited the exterior of the tank and also gave it a coat of 2 pak primer/filler. Placed back on the wing, torqued and marked all the bolts, scresw fitted, wing done.
