Manufactured some of the small angle and flat aluminium pieces required for the flap rod assembly. Fitted the rod in positon and after cutting the centre plastic block in half I match drilled through this into the floor, riveted on the appropriate nutplates. Made the two tubes which attach to the flaps and tapped out the centres for the 1/4" thread.
