Mounted the brake pedals into the rudder assembly, drilled the holes for the pedals and master brake cylinders once I had everything in a neutral postion and the brake pedals lined up together. Since I already had the pedals powder coated I thought I may as well bolt them into position as this won't be coming apart. Next was to drill the mounting holes in the F-719 angles for which the nylon blocks bolt onto. I drilled three possible mounting configurations so the rudder pedals can be adjusted for or aft. Trimmed the rudder pedal brace, drilled 5 evenly spaced holes and using my new 90 degree drill attachment, drilled the brace to the firewall. Marked and drilled the adjustment holes in the brace, by moving the pedal assembly back along the extra holes and drilling accordingly.
