Deburred and dimpled all 4 J Channels, also deburred and dimpled the bulkheads as well. After deburring is was time to scotchbrite and cleanup the J Channels. I cleaned them up with detergent and then deoxidined all channels. From building the wings I had made up a 3 foot long x 150mm conduit water piping with one glued caped end and a screwed end on the other. It was half filled with alodine and is just a matter of putting any long pieces in the pipe, screwing on the end, letting the pieces soak for a while (depending on the strength of the alodine) and hey presto, perfectly alodined pieces.
