Brief Description:  F-705 Bulkhead

Cut the F-705J Angle used for the seat back location, marked and drilled the holes and then using a 1/8 inch drill bit I used this to get the correct spacing behind the angle and the F-705C chanel, drilled the holes and deburred. Marked and drilled out the 4 degree bent F-705K plates. I decided to dimple the bulkhead side doubler and the bulkhead side chanel, seeing as how this will need to be done when the skins go on. I figured it would be easier doing each piece separate than trying to dimple with double the thickness, time will tell if I made the rigth decision.
driled and dimpled the 4 x platenut positions.
Dug around in the parts and finally located the plastic flap bearing blocks. That's enough for tonight
