The trim tab soaked up a bit of time because I wanted to get this just right when folding the edges and I wanted to use countersunk rivet heads on the fold to maintain a smooth finish. A bit tricky but it worked out. If I was to build another one, I would rivet the tab control horn on before I folded, as I had to use countersunk pop rivets on the narrow end as a bucking bar wouldn't fit.
