My first test showed a small leak in the top corner near the baffle as I figured it might, so I dabbed on some more sealant and let that set. I tested the tank again using a clear hose half filled with water, set the hose in a U shape carefully pumped air in through the vent line and then sealed this off after the water in the tube had risen further up one side of the hose. The water level didn't drop down past the set point so ye ha it is a go. Great no leaks, so I bolted it and screwed it onto the wing. Now I have to build a wing cradle to place this left wing. I will tackle the flaps and ailerons once I have the right wing done.
