My daughter Imogen helped hold the tank while I dimpled the hole, after roughing up the edges where the ribs will attach with a wire wheel on my die grinder. OK now for crunch time, bought a set of digital scales so I could mix the tank sealant 10:1 and began the task. This stuff is really sticky and is quite like hot toffee (but cold) to apply, so I managed to get the stiffeners done by back riveting them. In the morning I'll see how they turned out.
