My good friend and TC flew down on Saturday and we proceeded to fit the wings. This was relatively easy and wings slipped in nicely. Then came the really tough time of fitting the nuts to the bolts. The larger bolts were fine, it was the 4 x smaller bolts and trying to fit the nuts on the bottom bolts, lots of swearing and cursing (sorry Van's most of it was directed at you) but with a magnetic screwdriver, lots of patience and lots of luck, the nuts grabbed and they could be tensioned. Fuel lines connected except the flop tube (need a fitting), flaps and rods connected, wings screwed underneath. Wow really looks like a plane now. Getting close. Connected up the auto pilot on the wing.
