Time to mount the screen for good. I ran a small amount of silastic between the roll bar with a small amount onto the screen, screw into place (tapped the holes previously to take the screws). Marking a line up an 1/2" approx with electrical tape I scuffed up the perspex and aluminium front deck so the glass fibre will adhere better. Using a glass fil fibreglass resin on the front of the screen to the fuselage was my method of attaching. Thought I would use this method instead of the strips of glass. Once dry I will sand back. With the resin mix I used a black pigment as the resin is normally a red color (didn't want to see any red fibreglass from within the cockpit).
