Located, drilled and zinc Chromated the center hinge on the Horz Stab. This was in lew of continuing the construction of the HS Spar, as I am waiting for the workbench in my shop to be completed.
Hinge assembly was cleco'ed together with the prper bearing instaled and is awaiting to be riveted together.
