Completed step 3 page 40-08 – covered forward wing tip rib with car wax to act as release agent. Added glob of modeling clay to area where nut will be placed per Figures 1 and 2. Completed step 4 – turned wing upside down. Completed step 5 – mixed flox/epoxy resin mixture. Completed step 6 – filled cavaties in upper flange of W-1222-L extension that abuts to the W-1204E-L forward wing tip rib then clecoed extension to the F-1204-D wing tip closeout. Completed step 5 page 40-09. Fabricated WH-B211 navigation/strobe ground wire 6 inches long. Crimped ES31890 ring terminal to one end and crimped female Molex connector pin to the other end of the wire.
