Brief Description: Prep of AST parts & Trial Assembly
Completed deburring of HS-1221-L AST skin per page 08-02. Completed deburring and smoothing of edges of HS-1222 ribs. Completed step 3 – clecoed ribs to skin top and bottom. Final drilled #30 HS-1222 AST ribs per step 4 page 08-02. Deburred holes and smoothed edges of HS-1219L AST spar. Per step 5 page 08-03 cut hinge half to 32.5 inches. Completed steps 6 and 7 using HS-1223 drill guide – match drilled #30 holes in HS-1218B AST hinge half. Clecoed assembly together for final fit check.
