Brief Description: Nutplates and Skin Internal Prep
Completed step 9 on page 06-06 riveting the two remaining K1100-08 nutplates at the top most point of the front spar on the main skin. Had difficulty in getting the squeezer in place properly with skin opened without distorting the bend. Took my time and got it done satisfactorily. Rivets look good. Completed the deburring of the skin holes and prepared the rib contact areas on the inside of the skin with scotchbrite to remove the light scratches made with all of my trial rib fitting activities. Taped off and primed these areas on the inside of the main vertical stabilizer skin.
