Brief Description: Prepration of F-1276 Bottom Skin
Picked up several small details prior to continuing work on fuselage bottom skin. Completed step 4 page 11-04 – lock wired the hinge pins for the AST per Detail AA Figure 3. Completed steps 3-7 page 21-15. Riveted the fuselage corner skins to fuselage per Figures 2 & 3. Completed steps 8 and 8 – separated, deburred and primed F-1204Z bottom stiffeners and F-1268 doublers. Completed step 1 page 21-16 – dimpled the 4 sets of nutplate attach rivet holes around each of the 5 – access holes in the F-1276 bottom skin per Figure 1. Completed step 3 – deburred all edges and holes of F-1276 skin and broke side edges of skin – primed skin – ready for installation of nutplates in step 2.
