Brief Description: Added bulkhead caps & control column mounts
Completed step 2 page 21-09 – riveted F-1204H bulkhead cap to forward side of F-1204B-L and forward side of F-1204CL-L per Figure 2. Did not rivet top 3 holes on F-1204B-L flange and one hole as shown on F-1204CL-L flange. Completed step 4 page 21-09 – riveted remaining F-1204H bulkhead cap to forward side of F-1204B-R and forward side of F-1204CL-R per Figure 2. Did not rivet top 3 holes on F-1204B-R flange and one hole as shown on F-1204CL-R flange. Completed step 1 page 21-10 deburred F-1233A control column mount spacers, F-1233B-L&R control column mount brackets. – primed parts. Completed step 2 – machine countersunk the four holes surrounding the bearing hole on F-1233B-L&R per Figure 1. Machine countersunk the two sets of nutplate holes in the sloped flange per Figure 1. Completed step 3 – per Figure 1 sandwiched the COM-3-5 bearing and the F-1233A control column mount spacer between the F-1233B-L&R brackets. Riveted parts per Figure 1 with AN436AD4-6 rivets and LP4-4 rivets.
