Brief Description: Assembled Right Flaperon Structure
Completed steps 1-3 page 18-04 for the right flaperon. Deburred parts and then clecoed A-1208 bracket to A-1210-R inboard nose rib. Riveted with AN470AD4-4 rivets per Figure 3. Completed steps 4-7 page 18-04. These steps were not required as all of the holes are already in the A-1207-R actuation bracket and A-1203 spar. Completed step 1 page 18-05 for right flaperon. Riveted A-1207-R actuation bracket (outboard rivets only), A-1206 pivot brackets and A-1203 spar per Figure 1. Completed steps 2 and 3 – clecoed the A-1205 main ribs to main spar then clecoed the inboard nose ribs and bracket assembly A-1201-L inboard nose rib and remaining A-1205 main ribs, the A909/A-1204 – L&R outboard nose rib/counterbalance assembly to the A-1203 spar. Completed step 4, - riveted all of the above parts per Figure 1 with LP4-3 rivets. Deburred and prepared the primed the A-1201C-R, A1202B and A1202A-R skins per step 8 on page 18-04.
