Brief Description:  Continued leak test and Install of the brake reser

Continued with leak check of the fuel system plumbing. The leak previously discovered at the bypass fitting connection now shows to be leak free after the repair. However the system still has leakage as indicated on the test pressure guarge albeit much less. It appears that the rate averaged over an hour was about 0..5 psi per minute. I have not been able to detect any leaks with Snoop so I'm currently unsure what is leaking. It is nearly impossible to see and access the two AN fittings at the front of the aircraft underneath the lower firewall shelf. I had use a mirror and Snoop previoulsy but am not sure I got a good test. I may have to remove the center rudder pedal support blocks to gain better access. I will look into the feasibility of this. I think the system should hold pressure with no detectable loss.

Completed steps 1=5 page 32iS/U-02

Step 1: Bolted the VA-107 Brake Reservoir to the F-01201A-1 as shown in Figure 1.
Step 2: After coating the external threads with pipe thread sealant, threaded the FLF-00004 into the VA-107 as shown in Figure 2.
Step 3: Mared the free ends of the F-1289A-L & -R 1/2 in. [12.7 mm] from the end of each line.
Step 4: Inserted the free ends of the F-1289A-L & -R into the FLF-00004 up to the marks as shown in Figure 2. The marks must reach/touch the ends of the FLF-00004.
Step 5: Secured the F-1289A-L & -R and F-1289B-L & -R (the four brake lines attached to the right side master cylinders) to the bottom of the F-01202B-1 as shown in Figure 2.
