Brief Description:  Pressure Test Fuel Lines

Removed the tank from the system. Then decided to try and pressure test the lines and fitting to make sure they were leak free. Jumpered the supply and return side together at the foward bulkhead fittings and capped the connection at the fuel tank return. Made input manifold to pressurize connecting to the line that would eventually connect to the filter. Decided to leak test at 55 psi with air. Pressurized the line and used Snoop to check all the joints and fittings. Found one leak at the bypass fitting assembly connection to the return line to the fuel tank. The pipe thread portion of the fitting into the bypass fitting assembly was leaking. De[pressurized, disconnected the AN return line then removed the AN fitting from the block. Replaced it with a new fitting and Permatex as specified and reinstalled into the bypass block. Reconnected the AN return line. Will wait several days to recheck to allow the Permatx time to setup.
