Step 5: Covered tjhe head of each rivet on the F-01201A-1, F-01201B-1 and F-01201C-1 with fuel tank sealant. Step 6: Riveted the lower F-01201G-1 to the FF-00088A Step 7: Riveted the upper and lower F-01201G-1 as well to the two F-00194 to the F-01201E-L-2 and R-2 Step 8 - Fabricated the F-1204C per FIgure 2 Step 9: Match drilled #40 tje F-1204C to the F-1204B Step 10: Test fit the F-1204B to the fuselage determining the correct side up. Deburred and dimpled holes Step 11: Riveted the F-1204C to the F-1204B per Figure 2
Completed steps 1-3 page 29iS/U-10
Step 1: Tried to curve the left and right side of the F-01240-1 with not much sucess. Was worried I would end up with a break in the skin. Was able to clecoe in place. Step 2: Removed then final drilled #17, deburred and dimpled holes in the left right and foward edges of the F-01240-1. Step 3: Dimpled the holes in the aft edge of the F-01240-1.
