Brief Description: Cowl hinge and prep of roll bar parts
Completed steps 6-7 page 23iS/U-09.
Step 6: Deburred, then riveted the F-1201W-R and F-12117-1 to the fuselage per Figure 4. Step 7: Repeated the above steps for the left side of the aircraft.
Completed steps 2-3 page 24iS/U-02. Also prepped roll bar parts and primed.
Step 2: Brokw the edges of the F-1231D Roll Bar Bases with a file, than applied a film of BoeLube to the outside faces and edges of the F-1231D's as shown in Figure 1. Step 3: Bolted the F-1231D's to the F-01205B-L-1 & -R-1 as shown in Figure 1. Tightened just enough to hold the F-1231Ds flat, but allowed some movement and adjustment.
