Brief Description: Added nuplates to F-1270-L side skin
Completed step 5 page 23-06 for the F-1270-L side skin - Dimpled the nutplate holes around the triangular opening in the F-1270 -L Fuselage Side Skins (flush outboard side). Riveted nutplates to these holes as called out in Figure 1. Painted interior side of skin with the interior paint color.
