Brief Description: Completed center bulkhead assembly
Completed step 2 page 20-04. Attached the F-1204D center section aft bulkhead and F-1204F-L and F-1204F-R aft side bulkheads to F-1204 center section assembly per Figures 2 and 3. Riveted all components as shown in Figure 3. Used AN470AD4-9, AN426AD4-9, and AN470AD4-10 rivets in place of the respective -8 and -9 callouts to get proper shop heads as allowed per the planes. Completed step 1 page 20-05. Riveted the F-1204T-L&R and F-1204U-L&R to center section assembly with CR3213-4-5 rivets per Figure 1. Section 20 is now completed. Painted center bulkhead assembly with final finish paint for the interior in the visible area. Completed step 1 page 21-02. Dimpled the 5 - #19 holes in the F-1224-R rear baggage floor per Figure 1 for #8 screw. Dimpled all #30 and #40 holes along the marked edges in Figure 1 in both the F-1224 L7R baggage floors. Prepped edges and holes and primed both parts.
