Completed step 1 page 20-02. Installed two K-1000-3 nut plates with AN426AD3-4 rivets and two K-1000-08 nutplates with CCR-264SS-3.2 rivets per Figure 1. Completed step 2 – final drilled two holes in F-1204CL-R forward bulkhead side assembly and installed the F-1204R retainer block with hardware per Figure 2. Recorder F-1204 serial number 0631 and F-1204L-R serial number 0590. Completed step 3 – final drilled F-1204 center section assembly and installed F-1204R retainer block with hardware per Figure 3. Completed step 4 – clamped F-1204D center section aft bulkhead to F-1204 center section assembly per Figure 4. Completed step 1 page 20-03. Placed F-1276 bottom skin on tabletop and then placed F-1204 center section assembly over bottom skin and clecoed. Loosened clamps holding the F-1204D to allow parts to realign after being clecoed to bottom assembly.
